10 Question With... Olympic Gold Medalist Gabrielle "Gabby" Douglas

Gabrielle Douglas had her hands full this summer, winning two gold medals at the London Olympics. Now, her hands are full of Nintendo 3DS games—her go-to choice of fun when she has down time.  Douglas, who visited New York City recently to promote Nintendo’s “Play As You Are” campaign—designed to show girls anyone can enjoy gaming systems—is a huge 3DS and Super Mario Brothers fan. “I love 3DS. You don’t have to be a gamer to like it and you can take it anywhere,” Douglas says. “There are so many games for it. My favorite is the New Super Mario Bros. 2.”

The top gymnast in her family, Douglas admits she’s not the best gamer. “I hate to say it, but my brother is so good,” Douglas says. “I want it to be me, but he has me beat. Maybe one day I’ll get him.”

While Douglas tries to dethrone her brother as the family’s best gamer, she put down her 3DS to take on the SI Kids’ 10 Questions. See how well she scores.
