Previewing the 2016 NFL Season with Peter King

From rookie QBs in Denver and Dallas to the return of pro football to Los Angeles, Kid Reporter Amiri Tulloch talked with MMQB editor-in-chief Peter King about the biggest storylines heading into the 2016 NFL season.

It has been seven long months since the Denver Broncos defeated the Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl 50. But after weeks of training camp and preseason, the NFL returns to action September 8 with a Super Bowl rematch in Denver. It's a fitting way to start the season. Not only will Panthers quarterback Cam Newton be looking for revenge against a Broncos defense that completely disrupted him in the title game, but the Broncos begin their title defense with an untested QB leading the team. (Peyton Manning retired after the Super Bowl.) And all eyes will be on Trevor Siemian to see if he can pick up the baton laid down by Manning.

Naturally, the rise of Siemian in Denver is one of the storylines MMQB editor-in-chief Peter King has his eye on this season. But what else will he be watching for as the NFL returns to action? Kid Reporter Amiri Tulloch finds out.
