Super Bowl XLV: Who Will Be There?

Image placeholder title

It’s the question everyone is asking: Who will be at the Super Bowl? Everyone has their own predictions and opinions, and here are mine...

Bears vs. Packers
Living in the Chicago area, there are Bears and Packers all around. It’s hard to decide between these teams, but one must have courage to choose.

I choose the Bears.

The Bears have made it to the playoffs with an 11-5 record. After defeating the Seahawks 35-24, they have earned a ticket to the conference championship. With a strong defense, led by linebacker Brian Urlacher and defensive end Julius Peppers, Chicago will be able to stop the run, as they’ve proved in the past. The Bears have played Green Bay twice this season, each team winning once. Their upcoming game will be the ultimate showdown, one that reaches across the nearby Illinois/Wisconsin state line where it’s not uncommon to see homes rooting for both teams. It’s a game I look forward to watching, and my vote is for the Bears!

Steelers vs. Jets
The Steelers arrived at the playoffs with a 12-4 record and a pretty good defense. Game after game, Pittsburgh has worked hard and now they have a chance for it to pay off. The Steelers, like the Bears, have a good defense. They also have Super Bowl experience on their side. Ben Roethlisberger is a great leader and will beat the Jets in their conference championship, earning a coveted spot in the Super Bowl.

So, I predict the Bears and Steelers will be storming the field at the Palace in Dallas in just a few short weeks. I can’t wait to watch the game with my family, enjoy some football, food, and, of course, commercials!

What do you think? Do you agree? Or will someone else be there? I’d love to get your thoughts and predictions, leave them in the comments!
