Exclusive First Look at Disney XD's "Becoming: CC Sabathia"
The latest installment of Disney XD’s series Becoming hits the network this weekend when the show looks at New York Yankees pitcher CC Sabathia. And we have an exclusive first look!
Sabathia joins the likes of LeBron James, Alex Morgan, and Chris Paul in being featured on the program. The episode, which airs Sunday, April 17, at 3 p.m. ET/PT, focuses on Sabathia’s childhood, how he learned to love sports, how he got his name, and his relationship with his mom.
“My mom is literally the reason why I'm sitting here,” Sabathia says in the documentary. “Her sacrifices and the things she went through. She drove me to every game, every practice. She was the support system that every child should have and I was lucky to get.”
