Curry takes over, sets a record

Stephen Curry scored 51 points in the Warriors' 130–114 win over the Magic last night and set an NBA record by hitting a three-pointer in his 128th straight game. He lead Golden State in points, rebounds (7), and assists (8), and he made 10 of 15 threes. Oh yea, he also did this:

Andrew Ladd returns to Chicago

The Blackhawks have reacquired Jets captain Andrew Ladd, who helped them win the first of their three recent Stanley Cups, in 2010. Chicago traded Ladd to the Thrashers (who would become the Jets) after that season for budgetary reasons. Since then, he has had some of his best seasons, including last year's 62-point campaign. He'll join Jonathan Toews and Marian Hossa on what will probably be the best two-way line in hockey.

Fowler rejects O's, returns to the Cubs

Despite reports that CF Dexter Fowler had signed a 3-year, $33 million dollar contract with the Orioles, he returned to the Cubs yesterday on a 1-year, $8 million deal (with a mutual option for next year). Fowler's return to the Cubs gives them a stacked potential Opening Day lineup:

Meanwhile, the drama of his rejecting the Orioles' offer lead Jones's agent to issue an odd statement, blaming Baltimore for leaking details of the agreement that never happened.
