SI Kids Explains: Olympic Dressage
The 2016 Summer Olympics don't begin until August. But like the athletes themselves, Olympic viewers need to get some training in before the Games. And Sports Illustrated Kids is here to help with our new video series, SI Kids Explains.

When you're ready for your next round of training, check out this SI Kids Explains video on Olympic Trampolining! Then go for the gold with the third video in the series, which looks at Olympic Table Tennis!
