Marc-Andre Fleury's Off-the-Post, Off-the-Back, Nothing-but-Glove Save

Heading into the 2013-14 season, one of the biggest question marks for the Pittsburgh Penguins was goalie Marc-Andre Fleury. The former number-one pick imploded in the playoffs last year and was replaced by backup Tomas Vokoun. With Vokoun out for 6-8 months because of blood clots, the Pens Stanley Cup hopes ride on the Flower. But will he be able to find his championship form?

Tonight, in Pittsburgh's opener against the New Jersey Devils, Fleury answered the skeptics with a dazzling shutout performance as he led the Pens to a 3-0 win and his 250th career victory. He stopped everything — including a penalty shot — and allowed next to no rebounds. But the stop of the night might be the save of the month: An acrobatic, behind-the-back circus catch off the post. Sure it was lucky, but it's also pretty wild.
Fleury is normally dominant in the regular season then disappears during the postseason. But do you think he's found his groove? Or was his performance in Thursday's season opener a fluke? Let us know in the comments section below!
