NBA Rookies Join NBA Cares in NYC

While NBA teams gear up for draft night, some of the league’s top prospects made their way to midtown Manhattan for the NBA Cares Community Caravan clinic at John Jay College.

Rising stars like Duke’s Kyrie Irving, National Player of the Year Jimmer Fredette, and NCAA national champion Kemba Walker helped 60 Special Olympics New York athletes sharpen their skills on the court. They also took time to give us a glimpse into their draft week experiences and tell us what they’re looking forward to in the NBA. Check out the video to see the rookies in action!
