Most kids spend the day after Halloween enjoying trick-or-treat candy, but 10-year-old Joe Pzinger of St. Paul, Minnesota, had an even sweeter deal. He spent the day watching a closed practice as the Minnesota Vikings prepared for a Week 9 game against the Houston Texans.

Joe, working as an SI Kids reporter, watched his favorite team work out, toured the practice facilities, and even sat in team owner Zygi Wilf's chair. Best of all, he interviewed Minnesota stars Jared Allen, Adrian Peterson and Matt Birk!

Joe did such a good job during his interviews, we weren't able to fit everything into our Winter issue. Instead, we decided to feature bonus coverage from his interviews on SIKIDS.com!
