Yesterday, news came out that Pelicans star Anthony Davis will miss the 2016 Rio Olympics recovering from shoulder and knee surgeries. More surprising, however was the revelation that he had been playing with a torn labrum for the last three years. If Davis has been this good – arguably the most valuable all-around player in the league — with a bad shoulder, how good will he be healthy?
Sure the Spurs just beat Stephen Curry. But can they handle Jeremy Lin? Not last night.
Some eagle-eyed Twitter users recently noticed LeBron James had unfollowed his own team. Given his penchant for cryptic messages on the medium, fans worried the decision had some deeper meaning. One reporter even asked James about it after their win against the Nuggets last night:

And while he didn't get his answer, Joe Vardon, the reporter who asked, believes James is just weeding out potential distractions to get ready for the playoffs.
