Pogba to United still not a done deal: Paul Pogba’s agent says his client isn’t moving to Old Trafford—yet. After reports on Wednesday indicated United had sealed a deal with Juventus, Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola says that a transfer agreement is not yet complete.
Why always him? Balotelli linked to Inter: Mario Balotelli’s tenure at Liverpool might be coming to an end. The Italian international may be heading home from England—again. Two years after leaving Milan for Anfield—which followed a spell at Manchester City—Balotelli has been linked to Inter Milan, where the striker played from 2007-10. (Football Italia)
Everton, Juventus to pursue Moussa Sissoko: The French international is highly–coveted after a good showing at this summer’s European Championship. The midfielder wants to move away from Newcastle after the club was relegated to the Championship, and his top suitors appear to be Everton and Juventus, The Guardian reports. Newcastle wants £35 million for Sissoko, who could serve as Paul Pogba’s replacement if he joins Juventus.
Liverpool to sign Wijnaldum: The BBC reports that Liverpool has agreed to pay £25 million to Newcastle for Georginio Wijnaldum. The midfielder will move to Anfield pending a medical on Friday.

Manchester United secures Paul Pogba for record fee, report says: According to a report in L’Equipe, Paul Pogba is on his way to Old Trafford for €120 million. If the report is true, Juventus will receive the highest transfer fee in history for the 23-year-old French midfielder. The Guardian, however, reports that United’s second offer (an earlier offer was reportedly rejected) is for £92 million, which is closer to €110 million. Manchester United has already signed Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Eric Bailly this summer under new manager Jose Mourinho.
Swansea interested in Nacer Chadli: The Belgian could be on his way out of White Hart Lane for £15 million, The Mirror reports. Swansea City is keen on Chadli and is set to make a move for the Tottenham winger.
Stoke City bid for Saido Berahino: Stoke City is interested in acquiring Saido Berahino from West Bromwich Albion. They offered West Brom £20 million for the forward, but the Baggies still haven’t responded.
Atleti bids for Higuain: The only club to bid for Gonzalo Higuain so far? Atletico Madrid. That’s according to Napoli, whose star striker has been linked to Arsenal, Juventus and PSG.

Leicester confident Riyad Mahrez won’t leave: Leicester City is going to be defending its Premier League title without N’Golo Kante, who signed with Chelsea, and Riyad Mahrez is also rumored to be on his way out, with the winger most prominently linked to Manchester City and Arsenal. But Leicester City believes it can keep Mahrez, The Telegraph reports, and if the Foxes let him go they’ll do so only for £45 million or more.
Liverpool the leader to sign Georginio Wijnaldum: The Newcastle man was reportedly coveted by both Liverpool and Tottenham, but The Guardian reports that Spurs have dropped their interest in the Dutchman. Jurgen Klopp is now the favorite to sign Wijnaldum, whom Newcastle signed last year from PSV.
Chelsea nix Atletico interest in Diego Costa: Atletico Madrid is reportedly interested in a reunion with striker Diego Costa, but Chelsea isn’t interested in selling the forward, Marca reports.
Antonio Candreva increasingly likely to depart Lazio: The 29-year-old winger has been coveted by both Napoli and Inter, though neither were able to complete a deal. Candreva, though, wants out of Lazio, according to BeIN Sports, with his agent saying that the Italian wants “a new challenge.”
Julian Draxler not going anywhere: Arsenal has been linked with Wolfsburg winger Julian Draxler, but it appears the German will be staying put this summer. On Friday, Wolfsburg’s club director said Draxler will “100%” stay with the club this summer, according to SkySports. Will this unequivocal statement do anything to deter new rumors linking the Wolfsburg man to the Emirates? Probably not.
Leroy Sane to Manchester City?: The Schalke 04 winger is only 20, but he could be on the verge of a high-profile move to the Premier League. With Bayern Munich reportedly dropping out of the running to sign the wunderkind, Manchester City is the leader to earn Sane’s signature, The Mirror reports.
Arsenal uninterested in selling Hector Bellerin: The young Spanish full back has reportedly drawn interest from Manchester City, but Arsenal isn’t planning to sell Bellerin, Metro reports.
