They say time and tide wait for no man, but James Harrison seems to be proving at least half of that aphorism wrong as he continues to work out with an intensity that seems impossible for a man who has had a 13-year NFL career.
This off-season Harrison is finding time to play one of his favorite non-football games, a round of medicine ball volleyball, a sport as insane as it sounds.

The two-time Super Bowl winner is also using some more traditional methods to stay in shape, although he still does them at speeds and weights at which us mere mortals can only dream.
