The Fairfax (Va.) High School girl's 4x100-meter relay team decided to get creative with its stick-passing, and it paid off as it won the race while using a high jump bar as a baton.

“It was actually Senior Night and we wanted to do something fun and just have a blast that night,” Fairfax senior Te’Ona Witherspoon told “And we were just like, ‘What’s something different that other teams don’t really do?’ And we were like, ‘Let’s run a 4×1 with a pole.’
