You read about the movie Undefeated in the March issue of SI Kids (and if you didn’t, what are you waiting for?! It's such an awesome issue!!), now you can watch the trailer for the Oscar winning film!
When I was younger I played little league baseball with the hope of eventually cranking homers out of Yankee Stadium as a pro. A lot of kids today do the same thing. But not all sports have such widespread youth opportunities.
If you want to grow up to race NASCAR’s best speedsters, you have a much tougher road ahead. Racing Dreams, a new documentary debuting on PBS tonight, follows three kids trying to break into the professional racing circuit and all of the problems that accompany that dream.
If you've turned on a TV, logged onto the internet or even walked outside at any point in the last two weeks, you’ve probably been hit right smack in the middle of the face with a heaping helping of Linsanity. And why not? Jeremy Lin is sweeping the nation and it’s easy to see why. In his nine games this season as a starter, Lin has racked up 24.6 points per game and 9.4 assists per game.
The hype, the catchphrase (LINSANITY!), the wins! It’s all really cool. And now, Jeremy Lin gets his own hat.
Nothing beats tossing around a NERF football. It feels like you can launch those squishy little things for miles and miles. One-hand catches are easy too, thanks to the soft NERF material. Then, when the sun goes down, you can head inside and pull off slam dunks on your indoor NERF hoop. Except now, when the sun goes down the game of catch doesn’t have to end.
NERF has come up with a cool new lights out football as part of their FIREVISION SPORTS collection. Basically, we’re talking about a glow-in-the-dark football. SSSWWWEEETTT!!!

What. A. Game. Super Bowl XLVI gave us a little bit of everything. Last minute scores. A safety. Chad Ochocinco actually making a catch. Let’s break it all down in my last *sniff, sniff* football post of the 2011-12 NFL season.

This year’s NBA season has been moving faster than a LeBron James and Dwyane Wade fast break. Case in point: most teams haven’t even played 25 games yet and the All-Star starters have already been announced. While a lot of the names remain the same, the uniforms change every year and we’ve got your first look at the new unis.

Well, after two weeks of unbearable hype, we’re finally here. With all of the non-stop, non-football chatter, I almost forget there’s a game this weekend. A rather big game, actually. So who’s going to win? The Wiz thinks there will be a Patriots party on Sunday night. Me? Not so much.
