The Crimson Tide are coming off two straight national titles and are ready to keep rolling. Star QB AJ McCarron (2,933 passing yards, 30 TDs) is back for his senior season and will lead an offense that averaged 38.7 points a game last year. He will be joined by sophomore running back T.J. Yeldon, who rushed for 1,108 rushing yards and 12 TDs last year despite splitting carries with Eddie Lacy. Sophomore wide receiver Amari Cooper (1,000 yards, 11 TDs) will again be McCarron's favorite target. Alabama lost several top defensive players to the NFL, but the unit that gave up an NCAA-low 10.9 points per game is still loaded. Linebacker C.J. Mosley (107 total tackles, four sacks) and cornerback Deion Belue (two interceptions) return to the lineup. With its excellent offense and dominant defense, we predict Alabama will pull off a three-peat and hoist the crystal football again this season.
