The Shockers' leading rebounder and second-leading scorer, Hall is also the toughest player on the team. An irregular heartbeat ended his freshman season at Middle Georgia College in 2007--08. After transferring to Wichita State, he fainted during a game in January 2011. Now his heart condition is under control thanks to medication, and he is in the best shape of his life. That has helped him transform from a faceless role player into the dreadlocked, goggle-wearing face of the team. Hall and forward Cleanthony Early form a strong frontcourt that no team will want to see in the tourney's early rounds
