When Muscala was recruited by Bucknell, the only thing he knew about the school was its stunning upset of Kansas in the 2005 NCAA tournament. At the time, the college hoops world didn't know much about Muscala either. Though he was nearly at his current heigh of 6' 11", Muscala lacked the strength to attract elite programs.
