After missing most of 2011 with a broken leg, Buster Posey was back in the lineup for the 2012 season opener against the Diamondbacks. Despite a 5-4 loss, Posey finished with two hits and walk. He finished the season with an NL-best .336 average, 24 HR, 103 RBI and won the NL Comeback Player of the Year.
