After a prolific junior career, the 19-year-old Bronx, N.Y., resident is now one of the contenders for the all-around gymnastics Olympic gold medal. He placed second at the U.S. Olympic Trials to teammate Danell Leyva, and will have his work cut out for him against Leyva and 2011 world champion Kohei Ichimura of Japan.
