Last week: 23 rushes for 148 yards; one reception for three yards; one kick return for seven yards in 14-10 win over Duke.

Season: 187 rushes for 1,185 yards and seven TDs; 16 receptions for 99 yards and one TD; 16 kickoff returns for 299 yards.

The nation's leading rusher? It's not Richardson, LaMichael James or even Denard Robinson. It's Wilson, who rattled off his sixth straight 100-yard game as the Hokies eked out a win over Duke. Wilson is on pace to break the Virginia Tech single-season rushing mark of 1,655 yards Ryan Williams set in 2009. A run at the Heisman is unlikely at this point, but Wilson had been among the nation's most consistent and underrated performers. He can open some eyes this week with a primetime matchup Thursday night against Georgia Tech.

Next up: Thursday at No. 22 Georgia Tech
