Soccer is the most popular sport on the planet — and above it! Way up in low-Earth orbit, American spacemen Reid Wiseman and Steve Swanson, along with German astronaut Alexander Gerst beamed down a message from the International Space Station wishing all the teams and players competing in the World Cup good luck. Then they played the coolest game of pick-up soccer ever.
Check it out, and just think what guys like Messi and Neymar could do in zero gravity!
The US and German teams are both in Group G — this year's Group of Death. Hope it doesn't get chippy up in the space station...
