MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) -- The Memphis Grizzlies are one win away from more franchise history, and Shane Battier is expecting quite a fight from the San Antonio Spurs .

The Grizzlies routed the Spurs 104-86 on Monday night and need just one victory to become the second No. 8 seed to knock off the top seed in a best-of-seven series in the NBA playoffs.

Celtics Finish Off Sweep of Knicks 6

NEW YORK (AP) -- The Celtics looked beatable in Boston, and the Knicks thought they could finish the job at home.

Instead, the Celtics quickly finished off the Knicks.

Kevin Garnett had 26 points and 10 rebounds, Rajon Rondo added 21 points and 12 assists, and Boston swept its way into the Eastern Conference semifinals, holding on for a 101-89 victory over New York on Sunday.

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Chris Paul and a few teammates sneaked across the street from their hotel to Staples Center the night before the New Orleans Hornets began the postseason, eagerly hoisting up a few shots in the shadows of the Lakers' imposing championship banners.

With their tumultuous regular season finally a memory, Paul said the Hornets were almost unbearably eager for the playoffs to start.
