Kemba, Lamb Lead UConn Past San Diego State

ANAHEIM, Calif. (AP) -- Kemba Walker sliced up San Diego State's defense for 22 points on shots from all angles and distances in the second half of Connecticut's West regional semifinal.

The Aztecs only kept him down once: A shoulder bump from Jamaal Franklin sent Walker crashing to the Honda Center floor, drawing a technical foul and two momentum-killing free throws.

CLEVELAND (AP) -- Darius Johnson-Odom started the party on the court. Buzz Williams took it into the stands.

Johnson-Odom's 3-pointer with 27 seconds left snapped a tie and gave Marquette a 66-62 win over Syracuse on Sunday night that put the Golden Eagles into the NCAA tournament's round of 16 for the first time in eight years.

Arizona Tops Texas, Refs Appear to Blow Another Call

TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- Derrick Williams is now 2-for-2 in game-saving plays in the NCAA tournament.

The Arizona sophomore and Pac-10 Player of the Year made his second in as many tournament games Sunday night, completing a three-point play with 9.6 seconds remaining to lift the Wildcats to a 70-69 win over Texas.
