In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person (18 or older) who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The Sponsor and Promotion Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or postage due mail/entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, computer/program incompatibility or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. The SIKIDS.com King's Quiz Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on May 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59 a.m. (ET) on April 30, 2009. All information gathered in conjunction with this Sweepstakes will be solely for the purposes of the Sweepstakes. All information (e-mail addresses, etc.) will be destroyed after the Sweepstakes is completed and winners are verified.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia who are between the ages of 6 and 13 at time of entry. Employees of Capri Sun (the "Sponsor"), Sports Illustrated KIDS, a Division of Time Inc., their parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes ("Promotion Parties"), and members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and same households of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

There will be twelve (12) Monthly Prize Drawings during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. How to Enter: There are two ways to enter. Method #1: To enter online, visit www.sikids.com/kingsquiz and follow all online entry instructions to complete the Entry Page including your first name, email address and answers to the questions provided. Upon completing the Entry Form, press the submit button to enter for a chance to win. Five (5) new questions will be available everyday from Monday through Friday of each Monthly Prize Drawing. To be eligible for a given Monthly Prize drawing, your online entry must be received between 12:00 p.m. (ET) on the first day of the month and 11:59 a.m. (ET) on the last day of that given month and must include the correct answers to the questions provided. Only complete and valid entries as determined by the Sponsor will be eligible for entry into the applicable Monthly Prize Drawing. Limit one (1) online entry per person or e-mail address per day (a day is defined as one (1) 24 hour period from 12:00 PM ET to 11:59 AM ET) regardless if entrant has more than one email address. Although subsequent attempts to enter on a given day may be received, only the first entry received from a particular individual email account will be eligible; subsequent attempts to enter in a given day will be disqualified. Entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to Sponsor’s privacy policy. To enter without answering the questions, see Method #2. Method #2: To enter via U.S. mail, print your name and address on a postcard and mail to: SIKIDS.com King’s Quiz Sweepstakes, c/o: Sports Illustrated KIDS, 1271 Avenue of the Americas – RM 33-316B, New York, NY 10020. Mail-in entries must be postmarked between May 1, 2008 and April 30, 2009 and received by May 7, 2009. To be eligible for a given Monthly Prize Drawing, your mail-in entry must be postmarked within the given Monthly Entry Period and received no later than seven (7) days thereafter. Each postcard entry must be mailed separately. Entries from each Monthly Entry Period will not “roll-over” into subsequent Monthly Prize Drawings. If no entries are received for a given monthly prize drawing, that month's prize will be awarded as an additional prize in the following month's prize drawing, provided a sufficient number of entries are received for that month, unless no entries are received. In which case, then the previous month's entries, if any, will be used to award the prizes. This process will be repeated until all monthly prizes are awarded. If no entries are received for the last monthly prize drawing, then the final monthly prizes will be awarded from among all eligible entries received in the previous month. A Monthly Prize Drawing winner will not be eligible for any further Monthly Prize Drawings.

How to Enter: There are two ways to enter. Method #1: To enter online, visit www.sikids.com/findbuzz for sweepstakes details, then search the photo galleries at www.sikids.com/photos to find the hidden picture of Buzz Beamer. Once you have found Buzz Beamer’s location, complete the Entry Page including your first name, email address and check the appropriate box corresponding to the photo gallery where you found Buzz Beamer. You will also be given the opportunity to answer the Capri Sun question. Your answer to the Capri Sun question must be correct for inclusion into the Secondary Prize drawing. Upon completing the Entry Form, press the submit button to enter for a chance to win. To be eligible for a given Weekly Prize Drawing, your online entry must be received within the given Weekly Entry Period and must include the correct location (where you found Buzz Beamer). Only complete and valid entries as determined by the Sponsor will be eligible for entry into the applicable Weekly Prize Drawing. CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: No purchase necessary. You have not yet won. Many will enter. Few will win. Prizes and their Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"): Twelve (12) SIKIDS.com Blankets (awarded one (1) per month) (ARV: $20.00 each). Thirty-six (36) SIKIDS.com T-shirts (awarded three (3) per month (ARV: $10.00 each). Approximate retail value of all prizes $600.00. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received, estimated at 1: 8,645 for any prize. However, the actual odds of winning any prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each Monthly Prize Drawing.

Winner Selection and Notification: All winners will be determined via a random drawing conducted by Ventura Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding. Each Monthly Prize Drawings will be conducted within 10 days after the conclusion of each Monthly Period at 1040 Avenue of the Americas, NY, NY. All prizes will be awarded in the name of each winner’s parent or legal guardian, who will be notified by mail and/or email. If a potential winner entered this Sweepstakes via Method #1 (online entry), he/she will be notified once via email with instructions for potential winner’s parent or legal guardian to respond with the potential winner’s primary residence address (street addresses only – no P.O. Boxes) in order to mail the Prize Notification Documents. If a parent or legal guardian’s email address was provided on the entry form, three attempts will be made to contact the potential winner’s parent or legal guardian within a 7 day period. If the potential winner’s parent or legal guardian fails to respond within that period, or if the e-mail attempt is returned as undeliverable more than one time, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected at random. (Entrants and/or their parents or legal guardians are responsible for notifying Sponsor of changes in e-mail addresses.) Should a potential winner’s parent or legal guardian fail to respond within the required period, or fails to execute and return required documents, an alternate winner will be selected at random. When the potential winner’s parent or legal guardian’s mailing address has been obtained, he/she will be notified via mail. If any Prize Notification Document is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner at random. Prizes awarded within 30 days after winner notification. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Winners may not substitute or transfer prize. Sponsor reserve the right to substitute prize with one of equal value in the event the offered prize becomes unavailable. Entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use each winner's name, prize won, hometown and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in any and all media (including online posting) without additional compensation, notification or permission. Releases: Participating entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges which are final and release the Sponsor, Promotion Parties and any other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.
