I came into this season with no expectations for the Red Sox. The September crash 2011 and the disaster that was the entire Bobby-Valentine-led 2012 season had squashed my hope in the Sox, and I bashed every move they made in the offseason. Celebration for National Hispanic Heritage Month started on September 15 and will end on October 15. This month commemorates the profound diversity of the Spanish and Latin American culture of the United States, and is also appropriately timed with the independence anniversaries for a number of Hispanic countries. Throughout the years, Latinos have also contributed vastly to the sports world.

I met Mark Cuban at the NBA All-Star Game in Houston last February and got really excited about the chance to sit down with him for an interview. When I asked for the interview he said that he would be happy to answer any questions and to send him an email. This is how he typically does interviews, by email. So I gave him my best kid smile and asked if I could PLEASE interview him in person.
