Transformers: War For Cybertron is set in a time long before the one in the cartoon series. It tells an origin story that Transformers fans may not know. I liked that the game is in the third person, which is a nice break from all the first-person games that are so popular now...

Transformers: War For Cybertron is a very easy game to pick up. The controls are not so simple that you feel limited, but they’re not too difficult to figure out. Since you can play both as an Autobot or a Decepticon, you won’t lose interest in the game quickly. The shooting is hard in the beginning, but as you get into the game, it begins to feel more realistic. One negative is that the many of the levels look the same. Also, while the plot is deep, it can sometimes get confusing. Overall, Transformers is a great game.
