Cars 2 is the newest video game installment in the Cars franchise and, obviously, ties in with the movie, Cars 2.  The game takes on a whole new approach, breaking away from a strictly kids-oriented game, to creating a toned-down kids version of the popular racing game “Blur.”  In all honesty, this probably was a great move, as people of all ages, not just kids anymore, will be interested in the game.

Virtua Tennis 4 is the 4th installment in the long-running Virtua Tennis series. It’s also the first “real” tennis game designed for use with the Kinect Sensor. Virtua Tennis 4 totally blew my mind right off the bat when I went to the main screen…there were so many choices and I enjoyed every mode available!

It all started in 1998, when the first Pokémon game came out.  Who would’ve thought that this game about monsters that fit in a ball in your pocket and battle would be such a hit?  Even more amazing is that from 1998 when Red & Blue came out to 2011 with the release of Black & White the franchise is still going strong and coming out with new products.  Now the Pokédex has over 600 Pokémon and we are in the 5th generation of games.

Based on the hit NBC game show comes an exciting new game. Just like the game show with Guy Fieri, in Minute to Win It there are ten nerve-wracking challenges and you have one minute to complete each one. Since they’re pretty hard, you have three lives in case you mess up. For every challenge you complete, you earn money, ultimately competing for one million dollars! Of course it’s not as easy as it sounds. After every round you complete you can decide to keep going and risk it all or keep your money and go.
