Don't have any sports plans this weekend? You do now.
After taking a 3-2 series lead in a physical come-from-behind win on Thursday, LeBron and the Heat will look to close out the Pacers and the Eastern Conference Finals on Saturday. Game time is 8:30 p.m.
In the NHL, the conference finals are just beginning. The Blackhawks and Kings open the Western Conference Finals on Saturday at 5 p.m. A few hours later, the Bruins and Penguins meet in game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals at 8 p.m.
There's also plenty of baseball action to be had this weekend, too. But there are two series to pay extra attention to.
In the American League, the Yankees and Red Sox meet in New York for their second season series. The Sox are up two games on the Yanks in the AL East. The Yankees will look to overtake their longtime rivals in the standings and wash the bad taste out of their mouths left by getting swept by the Mets in the Subway Series.
In the National League, the Cincinnati Reds head to Pittsburgh to take on the surging Pirates. The Bucs took three of four from the Detroit Tigers, including an 11-inning, 1-0 win on Thursday. They're a game and a half out of first in the NL East, but the Reds are nipping at their heels, two and a half games out of first and a game behind the Pittsburgh.
And then there's the French Open. Top-seeded Serena Williams, Maria Sharapova, Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer will all hit the clay court for matches this weekend.
