Welcome to Week 3 of my NBA power rankings! This week there were some big jumps forward (Denver and Houston) and some teams in freefall (I'm looking at you, New Orleans). Check out where your team ranks and let me know what you think in the comments section!

1. Chicago Bulls: At 16-3, the Bulls are two games better than the next-best team in the league
2. Oklahoma City Thunder: A road loss to the lowly Washington Wizards has been the Thunder's only blemish in its past 10 games.
3. Atlanta Hawks: The Hawks are quietly getting the job done with swingman Joe Johnson (19.1 ppg) leading the way.
4. Miami Heat: The Heat haven't been as dominant with Dwyane Wade out, but they are continuing their winning ways.
5. Philadelphia 76ers
6. Denver Nuggets: Four straight road wins for Denver give them a boost in the rankings. Danilo Gallinari scored 37 points in a win over his former team, the New York Knicks.
7. Orlando Magic: Orlando has been playing well all season but suffered a huge setback in an 87-56 loss to the Boston Celtics.
8. San Antonio Spurs
9. Los Angeles Lakers
10. Los Angeles Clippers
11. Dallas Mavericks
12. Portland Trail Blazers
13. Houston Rockets: A seven-game winning streak results in a big jump in the rankings for Houston.
14. Utah Jazz
15. Indiana Pacers: Darren Collison is shooting 48 percent from three-point range, best among all point guards.
16. Memphis Grizzlies
17. Boston Celtics: The C's must decide whether it's time to disband the Big Three and build the team around Rajon Rondo
18. Minnesota Timberwolves
19. New York Knicks: A major disappointment this season, the Knicks will get help soon with the debut of point guard Baron Davis.
20. Cleveland Cavaliers: After a strong start to the season the Cavs have dropped four straight games.
21. Toronto Raptors
22. Milwaukee Bucks
23. Golden State Warriors
24. Phoenix Suns
25. Sacramento Kings: The Kings have some promising young talent, but they need to learn to play together as a team.
26. New Jersey Nets
27. Detroit Pistons
28. Charlotte Bobcats
29. New Orleans Hornets: With star Eric Gordon out, the Hornets have very little firepower on the perimeter. They've lost eight straight games.
30. Washington Wizards: They somehow managed to beat the Oklahoma City Thunder, but then lost three straight games after that.

Clippers are so much better than the Lakers.

Yeah. How are the Magic ahead of us when we held them to 50 something points and then three days later coming back from 27 points to win. We're starting to get in the groove besides the horrible loss to the Cavs.
