Welcome to Week 2 of NBA Power Rankings! Check out where your favorite team ranks and then tell me whether you agree or disagree with my picks in the comments section.

1. Chicago Bulls - The Bulls take over the top spot by hanging in there without superstar point guard Derrick Rose, who has been out with a toe injury.
2. Oklahoma City - Thunder James Harden has given the Thunder another star to go along with Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook.
3. Miami Heat - Dwyane Wade's injury has taken firepower away from the Heat's attack, causing them to drop two spots in the rankings.
4. Los Angeles Lakers - Kobe Bryant is still going strong. He had four straight 40-point scoring games last week.
5. Orlando Magic
6. Philadelphia 76ers - The Sixers don't have much star power, but they're playing well together.
7. Dallas Mavericks
8. San Antonio Spurs
9. Atlanta Hawks
10. Los Angeles Clippers - A win over the Lakers last week was a step toward LA becoming a real two-team town.
11. Portland Trail Blazers
12. Indiana Pacers - The Pacers have seven players who average double-digits in scoring.
13. Utah Jazz
14. Denver Nuggets
15. New York Knicks Without an elite point guard, the Knicks continue to be inconsistent.
16. Cleveland Cavaliers The quick development of rookie point guard Kyrie Irving has helped Cleveland get off to a strong start.
17. Boston Celtics  The Celtics have been a major disappointment so far. Rajon Rondo needs to carry this aging team.
18. Golden State Warriors
19. Minnesota Timberwolves The scrappy T-Wolves have been playing well. They just haven't been able to win many close games.
20. Toronto Raptors
21. New Orleans Hornets
22. Houston Rockets
23. Memphis Grizzlies
24. Phoenix Suns
25. Milwaukee Bucks
26. Sacramento Kings
27. Detroit Pistons
28. Charlotte Bobcats
29. New Jersey Nets
30. Washington Wizards - Of the Wizards top six players, only center JaVale McGee has a shooting percentage greater than .397.
