Is it me, or is half the NBA sitting out with some kind of injury right now? Let's hope the stars can heal over the All-Star break next week. In the meantime, it's on with my latest power rankings. Check them out, then post your opinions for everyone to see!

With nine wins in a row and counting, the Cavs have been dominant lately. LeBron James was named the NBA’s Player of the Month after averaging 30.7 points, 8.5 assists, and 7.3 rebounds per game in January. | ||
Last Week: 2

L.A. had three games decided by two points or less last week, and won two of them. Kobe Bryant scored 44 points in a loss to the Grizzlies on Monday and only five points in a win over the Bobcats on Wednesday. In Kobe’s defense, he re-injured his left foot in the game against Charlotte. | ||

The key to Orlando’s postseason hopes is getting Vince Carter back on track. Vinsanity has scored in double digits only four times in his past 15 games. Guys like J.J. Redick have stepped up their shooting lately, though, resulting in a four-game winning streak and a big leap forward in these rankings. | ||

Carmelo Anthony has missed six straight games with a sprained ankle, but Denver has won four of those games. Credit Chauncey Billups, who was added to the All-Star roster this week to replace the injured Chris Paul. | ||

The ONE thing the Cavs need to do to win a championship is learn how to win on the road. After they lost game 1 to the Magic last year they were DONE. As long as they can't win on the road, it will be all L.A. because the only other team in the East that can match up with them are the Celtics, and they aren't going ANYWHERE, ANYTIME soon. The Cavs will probably lose to the Magic again in the Conference Finals, this time in a sweep, because "LeShot" won't happen twice.
