Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are between the ages of 7 and 15 at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Online entries must be received between 12:01 AM Eastern Time on March 4, 2009 and 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time on March 31, 2009. See Official Rules for details.

PLEASE NOTE:

There must be a separate and distinct button [not an underlined link] in a conspicuous location on each web page that references the sweepstakes that says See Sweepstakes Facts. In addition, the "Enter" or "Submit" button and the "See Sweepstakes Facts" button must be the same size, color and shape.

The Sweepstakes Facts (button) and the Official Rules (can be a button or link) must be separate. (Note: Language in the Sweepstakes Facts cannot be changed or amended.)

Privacy policy links must appear for any entity that will use the entry information. Also, the online entry page must disclose who will have access to the information the contestant provides.

NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person (18 or older) who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsors are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or postage due mail/entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsors on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, computer/program incompatibility or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsors and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. The Sponsors reserve the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes they sponsor any person they believe have intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted, (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select the winner from among all eligible mail-in entries and all eligible online entries received prior to withdrawal.

The SI KIDS 20th Birthday Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time on March 4, 2009 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time on March 31, 2009 ("Sweepstakes Entry Period"). All information gathered in conjunction with this Sweepstakes will be solely for the purposes of the Sweepstakes. All information (e-mail addresses, etc.) will be destroyed after the Sweepstakes is completed and winner is verified.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are between the ages of 7 and 15 at time of entry. Employees of Sports Illustrated KIDS, a Division of Time Inc. and Sega of America Inc. (the "Sponsors"), their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes ("Promotion Parties"), and members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and same households of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter: There are two ways to enter. Method #1: To enter online, visit www.SIKIDS.com/20thbirthday and follow all online instructions to complete the Online Entry Form HYPERLINK "http://www.sikids.com/bestshot" including your first name, email address and your parent's email address (optional) on the entry form and press the submit button. Limit one (1) online entry per person or e-mail address per day. Online entries must be received by 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time on March 31, 2009. Online entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to Sponsors' privacy policies. Method #2: To enter via U.S. mail, print your name and address on a postcard and mail to: SI KIDS 20th Birthday Sweepstakes, c/o: Sports Illustrated KIDS, Attn: N. Weltman, 1271 Avenue of the Americas – RM 33-316A, New York, NY 10020. Mail-in entries must be postmarked between March 4, 2009 and March 31, 2009 and received by April 7, 2009. Each postcard entry must be mailed separately. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, garbled, inaccurate, invalid, mutilated, misdirected, undelivered, delayed or postage due mail/entries. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced, altered or incomplete entries will be accepted. All entries, regardless of entry method, become the Sponsors' property and will not be returned or acknowledged.

CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: No purchase necessary. You have not yet won. Many will enter but only one winner will win. Prize and its Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize Package will be awarded. Grand Prize package consists of the following items: one (1) Samsung 26" LCD HD TV (ARV: $700.00); one (1) Nintendo Wii Console (ARV: $250.00); and one (1) Sega - Sonic and the Black Knight Video Game (ARV: $40.00). Total ARV of Grand Prize: $990.00. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, estimated at 1:11,874. Winner acknowledges that the Sponsors and all other businesses concerned with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of prize except that each portion of Grand Prize shall be subject to its manufacturer's standard warranty.

Winner Selection and Notification: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Random drawing will be conducted on or about April 14, 2009 by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian, who will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and a Publicity Release ("Prize Notification Documents") on potential winner's behalf. If potential winner entered this Sweepstakes via Method #1 (online entry), he/she will be notified once via email with instructions for potential winner's parent or legal guardian to respond with the potential winner's primary residence address (street addresses only – no P.O. Boxes) in order to mail the Prize Notification Documents. If a parent or legal guardian's email address was provided on the entry form, three attempts will be made to contact the potential winner's parent or legal guardian within a 7 day period. If the potential winner's parent or legal guardian fails to respond within that period, or if the e-mail attempt is returned as undeliverable more than one time, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected at random. (Entrants and/or their parents or legal guardians are responsible for notifying Sponsors of changes in e-mail addresses.) Should a potential winner's parent or legal guardian fail to respond within the required period, or fails to execute and return required documents, an alternate winner will be selected at random. When the potential winner's parent or legal guardian's mailing address has been obtained, he/she will be notified via Federal Express delivery. Pre-paid Federal Express envelope will be provided. The potential winner's parent or legal guardian will be required to complete and return required documents, which must be signed and returned within 10 days of date printed on notification or an alternate winner will be selected at random. If the Prize Notification Document is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Winner may not substitute or transfer prize. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of equal value in the event the offered prize or portion of prize becomes unavailable. Any other incidental expenses on prize not specified herein are the winner's sole responsibility. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning prize. Winner will be required to furnish his/her social security number for the sole purpose of preparation of any tax forms as required by law. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, hometown, likeness, city and state of residence and prize won for advertising, promotion and/or publicity purposes in any and all media including online posting without additional compensation, notification or approval.

Releases: Participating entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges which are final and release the Sponsors, and any other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance, use or misuse of prize. Winner and his or her parent or legal guardian assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of prize. Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of prizes.

Arbitration: This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Sweepstakes shall be litigated only in courts sitting in New York, NY, U.S.A.

Buying Won't Help You Win. Chances of winning without a purchase are the same as the chances of someone who buys something.

Entry Deadline/Sweepstakes Closing Date. To be eligible to win each prize offered in this Sweepstakes, your entry must be received by the applicable Entry Deadline stated in this communication. If there is no Entry Deadline stated, your entry must be received by the Final Sweepstakes Closing Date of April 7, 2009.
