Garcia was outstanding after taking over for the injured Donovan McNabb for the Eagles last season, throwing 9 TDs and just 2 INTs in six starts. His strong play should continue in Tampa since the Bucs run a very similar offense to Philly's. Garcia won't be working with quite as much talent though.

The No. 1 overall pick of the 2005 Draft, Smith should continue his slow-but-steady improvement this season. It would be a great help if second-year TE Vernon Davis lived up to his star potential. But remember that the Niners' offense will be built around Frank Gore and the running game again. |

If you're going with Grossman on your fantasy team, buckle up. Last year was his first full season as a starter for Grossman, so it's too early to write him off just yet. But holy cow! While he looked good at times, Grossman often looked like he woke up on Sunday morning and forgot how to play football.

Once a top-notch fantasy QB, injuries took their toll on Green last season. The 37-year-old will have a chance to re-build his career in Miami, but it might be too late for Green to get back to Pro Bowl form.

2006 was an up-and-down year for the usually-steady Pennington. He threw for a career-high in yardage, but his 16 INTs were a career-high as well. He can still be a solid passer, but shoulder injuries have limited Pennington's arm strength and the Jets will face a much tougher schedule than they did a year ago. |

Culpepper will likely be named Oakland's Week 1 starter, and could hold onto the job for the entire season. After his problematic knee limited him a year ago in Miami, Daunte's main goal will be to prove he's healthy. No. 1 overall pick JaMarcus Russell missed the entire preseason while holding out and isn't likely to be ready to play until late in the season, if he's ready at all in 2007.

Steve McNair |

McNair should be more comfortable after his first full off-season with Baltimore. But he's not the star quarterback he once was. There are rumors that McNair's inability to throw the ball deep is because he doesn't want to stand in the pocket too long, possibly leaving himself open to another big hit that could end his career.

Garrards strong play in the preseason won him Jacksonvilles starting job over Byron Leftwich. Hes a good athlete, but Garrard is still unproven as a passer. Hell look great some Sundays, but expect plenty of ups and downs from the veteran back-up.

Huard overtook young QB Brodie Croyle to be the starter during the preseason. He had some nice performances among his eight starts last season. But K.C. sees Croyle as their QB of the future, so Huard's time as a starter could be short.

Jackson is likely to be Minnesota's starter this season. The second-year QB could be a good one down the line, but this season could be a rough one. The Vikings use a very conservative passing attack, and Jackson will be throwing to one of the weakest receiving corps ever assembled. |
