Roethlisberger is coming off a season full of low lights: a motorcycle accident, emergency surgery to remove his appendix, a concussion, and a league-high 23 INTs. But now that he's healthy, Big Ben is ready to bounce back in a big way in Pittsburgh's new spread offense.

There's no doubt that Young is one of the NFL's most exciting stars, and the biggest running threat among QBs. But who the heck is he going to throw to? Tennessee has one of the weakest receiving corps in the league, so defenses will often be able to concentrate on stopping Young from scrambling. |

Leinart should improve in his second season, and he gets to throw to a great receiving duo in Anquan Boldin and Larry Fitzgerald. Plus, Arizona upgraded their coaching staff by hiring former Steelers offensive coordinator Ken Whisenhunt. Whiz's gameplan should help cover up Leinart's mediocre arm strength.

Delhomme is a big risk coming off a nightmare season. And Carolina has a good back-up in David Carr if Delhomme struggles again. But a new offense should help Delhomme boucne back. And, hey, he always has Steve Smith to throw to.

Eli is still trying to find his way. He can look like a star at times. But betweem the Giants' lack of chemistry, ineffective offensive coordinator Kevin Gilbride, and the retirement of star RB Tiki Barber, Manning could be held back again. |

Philip Rivers |

Rivers is a fine young QB, but he'll have to settle for being a good (not great) fantasy QB as long as superstar RB LaDainian Tomlinson is around. LT hogs all the touchdowns that could be thrown by Rivers.

Matt Schaub |

A year ago Schaub was the best back-up QB in the league, playing second-string in Atlanta. This year, he gets his chance to start. Schaub is a smart QB who can make all the throws, an upgrade over former Texan David Carr. But outside of WR Andre Johnson, Schaub doesn't have much talent to work with.

Losman improved last season, but he still has a ways to go if he's going to become a reliable NFL QB. He gets in the bad habit of staring down receivers, leading to some easy interceptions for opposing defenses. Losman has an emerging star to throw to in WR Lee Evans, but the rest of the Buffalo receivers aren't scaring anyone. |

Campbell enters his first full year as Washington's starter after a fine showing late last season. The Redskins are still a run-based offense, but Campbell will be throwing to a couple of fine playmakers in WR Santana Moss and TE Chris Cooley.

He might be a sure-fire Hall of Famer, but the 37-year-old Favre is coming off one of the worst seasons of his career. He'll rack up point because the Packers throw it so often. But with no proven receivers besides Donald Driver, Favre will likely struggle again.
